Was quite happy until they decided to get involved in woke campaigning. Refusing to advertise on GB News because of the left wing complaints & supporting BLM - no thank you keep out of politics & concentrate on energy (your job) I’ll be leaving soon.
The worst energy company I’ve ever known. I’ve been with them a few years know and I’ve had nothing but problems. They’re constantly adding new charges, some times adding hundreds or even thousands to my bill overnight. Every time I speak to someone they reassure me everything has now been dealt with but only few weeks later I’m faced with more problems which take days or weeks to resolve, rinse and repeat. They seem to have no idea what they are doing and I absolutely hate having to deal with them. Avoid at all costs!
Worst energy company I have ever dealt with horrendous bills got out after 3 months do not use this awful company
